It's *technically* still Monday and I'm finally getting a free moment to get my meal plan for the week posted. Luckily, my plan last week to double up my dinners and freeze the extras worked once again. I think I'm onto something here...!
Items that I doubled last week and froze are *bolded*.
Monday
Leftover cleanout - we had a bunch of little things in the fridge; easy!
Tuesday
Beef Enchiladas (using shredded pot roast from last week)
Wednesday
Cincinnati Chili + Coneys (translation: chilidogs, Cincy-style) and salad
Thursday
Pulled Pork Sandwiches + corn on the cob + french fries
Friday
Grilled Burgers + Brats and Summer Potato Salad
Saturday
Free night - busy weekend ahead
Sunday
Kids Pick - I'm going to let my kiddos pick dinner for the night; my guess is that they'll opt for hot dogs and mac-n-cheese with big bowls of strawberries on the side.
