
After a much needed break from the usual routine of planning, planning, planning last week, I'm back to building a dinner menu for this week.
Honestly, even though I was trying to give myself a bit of a break last week, I ended up doing some "loose" menu planning; I had to come up with a few ideas for dinner so I could write an effective grocery list and not be scrambling *too* much at dinner time.
It feels good to be in planning mode once again!

Meatball Subs + Chicken Fajitas (some loverly leftover meatballs and fajita meat just hanging out in my freezer> + buttered noodles and Salad

Corn Dog Muffins + Grinny Beans (my hubs Knute's grandma's recipe; they called her Grinny because she always smiled)
Wednesday
Taco Night!!
Thursday
Easy Red Beans and Rice + salad
Friday
Free night!
Saturday
Copycat LaRosa's Pizza + salad
Sunday
Awesome Slow Cooker Pot Roast with Egg Noodles and steamed veggies
