It's Week 2 of my 5 Week Menu Plan and it's going swimmingly!
What a relief as the school year ramps up to full speed to not worry about what's for dinner this week! All I have to do is shop for what I need tomorrow, check my freezer from some of the made-ahead items, and spend less time stressing at five o'clock when my children's fatigue and hunger meet at a dastardly crossroads of whining. Woot!
Here's what's for dinner at my house this week:
Monday
Awesome Pot Roast with egg noodles and steamed veggies
Tuesday
Chinese Pot Stickers with rice mix
Wednesday
Pizza with Homemade Bread Machine Dough + carrot/celery sticks
Thursday
Italian Beef Sandwiches + Grinny Beans
Friday
Leftovers - clean out the fridge night!
Saturday
Free night!
Sunday
Spaghetti & Meatballs with Awesome Homemade Crusty Bread and salad

I'm not perfect (I've got big fat clay feet here, y'all) so be aware that a link could be haywire and that the Grocery Lists are basic guidelines; be sure to check the recipes and see what items you'd omit or add.
