I've been thinking for a while about trying out a new weekly feature here, one that would help you find the best deals each week within the weekly ad/coupon matchups.
While each week brings new ads for the stores and new coupon matchups, not every coupon matchup is a great deal.
When I skim through the ad matchups at my friends sites (holla to you, Andrea, Marcy, Tara, and Briana), I always look for the very best deals to highlight here. Most of those deals are for items that are less than $1.00 after coupons, ECBs, or RRs.
What I'm launching today and will be bringing you each week is The Dollar Menu; I'll gather the best deals for $1.00 or less in one post for each store. The Weekly Deals tab in my header will take you to a master post each week with links to each of The Dollar Menu posts.
And don't worry - I'll still put a link at the bottom of each of The Dollar Menu posts back to the full ad matchups online done by my friends so you can see all the weekly deals.
And because I believe in the power of information, I'll add a MckLinky to each of The Dollar Menu posts - if you find something I missed in the ad (especially if your ad covers a different region) or unadvertised specials in-store for $1.00 or less, feel free to post about them and then drop your link in the appropriate store post.
I'll throw the button code in the sidebar somewhere (hmmm....I'm sensing it's time for some bloggy cleanup, eh?) so you can add it to your own posts if you wish.
