May is over, summer is here, and I'm looking foward to a more relaxed schedule over the next two months or so.
I have yet to plan a new 5 Week Meal Plan -- I want to put together one based around recipes from the gril -- but I did slap a meal plan together for this week. While summer might be here, my kiddos are still in school for another week or so and we've got plenty of busy nights ahead.
Here's what's for dinner this week:
Monday: Grilled Pizza (it didn't come out as pretty as Erin's but it was VERY tasty!)
Tuesday: Taco night!
Wednesday: Awesome Roast Beef and Noodles, salad
Thursday: Breakfast for dinner: pancakes, scrambled eggs, fruit
Friday: Grilled chicken, Grilled potato planks, corn on the cob
Saturday: Leftover cleanout!
Sunday: Mini Cheeseburgers on the grill, Macaroni Salad
