What I Saved at the Stores | Week 44 of 2010

I share my weekly savings with the hopes that you might be inspired; this weekly post also serves as a means of keeping me on track with my budget goals.  Thank for stopping in to check it out!

Weekly Totals

Spent: $51.69
Saved: $13.52 (21%)

My weekly goal for my grocery/household budget is $80/week. I'm way under this week mostly because I built my November menu plan around items I've got stockpiled in my pantry and freezers.  I'm glad that I'm under this week because with the coming Thanksgiving holiday in a few weeks, I'll have the extra cash in my grocery budget to cover those expenses.

If you're new to the fabulous world of keeping more of your hard earned money in your pockets by strategic couponing and drugstore shopping, I encourage you to read these posts to help you get started.
