Oh my Kroger-loving couponista friends, it's time to do the happy coupon dance!
Beginning on Monday, May 2, 2011 (Cincinnati region runs sale ads Mon-Sun; other regions follow the ads but have different start/end dates), Kroger will once again run a Mega Event Sale: buy 10 participating items, get an instant $5 off at checkout.
Early matchups are popping up around the blogosphere and in the forums; be sure to check them out so you can start getting your coupons organized and ordering any additional coupons you may need for the two-week period of the sale.

I'm so disappointed that Kroger hasn't reinstated our doubles/triples here in Houston, that I'm planning on price matching at Walmart.

Kristin, I definitely feel for you and for everyone down in the Houston area that is now dealing with the no-double coupon policy at Houston area Kroger stores.

Price matching may be your best bet.
