I was chatting with my super-nice cashier (who, impressed with my mad couponing skillz asked about my q's) and she mentioned that the store managers will often set blinkies to feed new coupons at a slow pace when the coupon is for a hot sale item.<BR/><BR/>HTH! Good work.<BR/><BR/>We don't have a Kroger's in our area, which apparently according to your prices, is a super bummer!<BR/><BR/>I noticed you ran into another store to buy yeast and you bought a 3 pack yesterday. You may want to think about buying bulk yeast if you bake bread often. I buy the 3 pack brick of yeast (vacuum sealed) @ Sam's. It's like 4.00. After you open the brick, you can put it in a jar in your fridge and it will stay good for a year or so!<BR/><BR/>HTH. I love your blog.
